Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 October 2026

Confini Limited (“Confini”, “we”) runs confinikenya.com. This page explains what personal information we handle through this website and through the private pages we use for our own sales team, and what we do with it. We follow the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

This website

confinikenya.com is a read-only website. It has no forms, accounts, shop or comment boxes, so you do not give us any personal information by visiting it. We do not set cookies for advertising or tracking on it.

Like every website, it is delivered by a hosting company. Ours is Cloudflare, Inc., which keeps short technical records of each visit (such as your IP address, browser type and the page asked for) to deliver the page and to protect it against attacks. We do not use these records to identify you.

Our team pages

Some pages on our sub-addresses are private working pages for Confini’s sales team. Only people we have invited can open them. To let them in, the sign-in asks for their e-mail address and checks it either with a one-time code sent to that address or with “Sign in with Google”. From Google we receive only the person’s name and e-mail address.

We use this only to decide who may open the pages. We do not sell it, share it for marketing or use it for anything else. A person’s access ends when we remove their address from the list.

When you e-mail or call us

If you write to us or call, we use your name, contact details and message only to reply to you and, if you are a retailer or wholesaler, to handle your orders.

Links to other sites

This site links to our social media pages and may link to other sites, such as an online shop. Those sites are run by others and have their own privacy policies; please read them there.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to us at the address below and we will reply within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with a new date.
